About adjustment
1: 24 hour—-for example ,local time is night 9:00(PM),pull the middle button,adjust the little dial to 21:00.If local time is day 9:00(AM),adjust the little dial to 9:00.
2: Chronometer —–Press button ①,the chronometer hand will start move,if you want it stop ,remember don't press the button②,press button ① again please,you will see the chronometer hand will stop ,now,you can press the button ②,it will reset.
3. If the chronometer hand don't stop in 12:00，you can pull the middle button ,then press the button ② ,adjust chronometer hand
to 12:00.then press the middle button reset.
4. About the luminous,first wear it ,you can use your phone or flashlight shine the dial about 1 minunte,then you will see the luminous.
