1.our shoes do in standard EU Boot size,pls choose your size in Boot size usual swear,please choose the size according to your foot length.
2. If your foot is wider or thicker, please choose one size larger.
3. we send the size according EU size, not according US size.
4. As it is manual measured, there may be 1-2 cm difference.

Shipping:

It may take longer due to delay in Customs clearance,holidays,weather or the factors of force majeure.
3. We will send you a tracking number after we ship your item,please check it and keep in touch with your local Post Office or Express office.
4. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees,brokerage fees,duties and taxes for importation into your country.
